Dataset IT Systems will link your Office application, with a secure Cloud Databaseto transfer a limited amount of customer information. The level of information transferred is restricted to only that required, and is further restricted to only those customers registered on the portal. The data is synced periodically between your office application and the secure Cloud Database.

Hosts and Supports the Portal. Only Portal Registration Information (e.g. Login Details, Email, Password) is stored at the Portal. No customer Data is stored – not even a PIN. The Portal API interfaces with Dataset’s secure Cloud Database for the specific customer information to be displayed within the customer portal.
IVR Payment Systems allow customers to interact with a company’s Dataset Interlock system via a telephone and an automated IVR.
No customer data is stored in the Automated Telephone Payment IVR System. Account and PIN numbers are accepted and verified the the Portal API. Balances are retrieved, and card details are accepted, all through the Portal API, ensuring that all payment information is updated directly into the secure Cloud Database and then synced to your Office system.

Nowhere in the Dataset/Portal systems are actual Credit Card details stored. Credit Card details are processed in a fully PCI compliant environment, that is completely integrated via the Portal, into the Dataset Interlock system. This architecture has been developed to allow the Waste Service Provider to achieve practically effortless PCI compliance for both Online and Office-based payments.
